Made 1st payment but not showing on account

I have made my first payment. 2 months but it’s not showing on my account.

What specifically is not showing on your account?

Can you make calls, send texts, use mobile data?

If you can then you have an active membership plan.

Your first payment is €25.98 comprising €12.99 for the one-time activation fee and €12.99 for the first month's membership plan. 

The membership plan should be reflected on your My48 account Dashboard clarifying your allowance balances and expiry date:

You should then receive another membership plan for your second month and this should be reflected as an upcoming membership on your Buy Plan page:

Or alternatively you may receive €12.99 cash credit which you can use to buy your second month's plan. 

If any of this doesn't tally with what you see in your online My48 account then post back with details of what the discrepancies are.
