Im in London all summer and I bought credit about a week ago and when people try to ring my phone from a UK landline, it doesn't ring at all. I never had this problem before and I don't know how to fix it.

Do any incoming calls work?
When roaming in the EU you need cash credit to receive calls - 1c per minute.
Or else a EU roaming calls add-on.

If the problem is that no incoming calls work at all - not just those from UK landlines then it may be this iPhone issue (assuming that you're using an iPhone as your post suggests):
If necessary contact 48 support for more assistance:

Hope this helps.

Let us know how you get on once you add some cash credit.
Just looking at the EU roaming calls add-on it looks like that bundles 60 minutes of outgoing calls - to Irish numbers and numbers in the roaming country I think - (which makes it marginally cheaper than paying for outgoing calls from cash credit - 5.83c versus 6c per minute) but it doesn't seem to cover incoming calls and it looks like these still need cash credit (1c a minute) to receive them.
Hope this helps.

Did that help at all?
