I need to cancel my current plan

Hi, I would like to cancel my current plant and avail refund as I’m away from the country and won’t be using the service

If a membership has already started then I doubt that you can get a refund. 

But you'll have to contact 48 support to ask them as nobody here on the Community Forum can assist with this. 

If you're going to be away for a while then you might want to disable membership auto-renewal if it's enabled so that your membership doesn't renew automatically.

Bear in mind that if you don't buy a membership plan for 6 months then your account will become suspended. 

If you don't buy one for a further number of months (see the terms and conditions) then your account will get deleted and your number will be recycled.
