Your post is not exactly clear.
What exactly is the problem?
Did you follow the instructions here to port your number?
Did that go ok?
What number is listed in your My48 account? Your main one or the new 089 number that came with the SIM?
Is it's the latter then you may need to try to port your number again.
This won't have any adverse impact on any membership plan that you have already purchased.
If that doesn't address your issue then please post back with a clearer description of what problem you're facing.
