International calls and texts are not covered by membership/add-on allowances.
Those allowances cover calls to Irish landline/mobile numbers (including Northern Ireland landlines dialled using the 048 prefix), texts to Irish mobiles and calls to some other Irish numbers.
You need cash credit on your account to pay for calls and texts to international numbers.
