I can’t make phone calls I can take them I can send texts I have data iPhone 14 I can’t figure it out 48s support is extremely poor

What happens when you try to make a call? 

Any error messages? 

When were you last able to make calls ok?

What changed in the meantime?

It says sorry call can bot be contacted 48 hasn’t replyed to my emails and this has been going on since I joined 48 nearly a week ago

I've never heard of that error message before.

Does it happen for all calls or just some? 

Do you have an active membership plan? 

I presume that you do if you can send texts? 

You'll probably have to persist with trying to contact 48 support.

Ya have a active subscription 48 pritty much goasted me on email can’t get a reply out off them so il change the plan

I don't think that changing to a different membership plan is going to help. 

In any case, your current membership plan will run until the end of its normal monthly period.
