Your post is confusing. 

What do you mean by "make incoming calls"?

Did you mean "make outgoing calls"?

Assuming that to be the case...

Can you receive calls, send/receive texts, use mobile data? 

What happens when you try to make a call? 

Any error messages?

When were outgoing calls working ok for you last? 

Do you have an active membership plan listed on your My48 account dashboard?
