Help needed: Number port-in from Three to 48 not completed

HarukaF3798
Newcomer
My number has already been ported out from Three.
Three confirmed that the number is no longer active on their side.
However, I can use data on my 48 SIM but my number is not working yet.
Could you please complete the port-in and activate my number?

What number is displayed on your My48 account?

What exactly do you mean by "my number is not working yet"?

Can you receive calls and texts?

Can you make calls and send texts?

If you can receive calls/texts but can't make calls and send texts then the issue is most likely that you need to buy a membership plan in order to use all services:

Thank you for your reply
I’m currently using the initial free 1GB, and I haven’t purchased a paid plan yet.
My number is already showing correctly in “My Details.”
In my phone’s Mobile Service settings, my phone number shows as “No SIM,” so I thought that might be why I can’t use calling yet.
I have received SMS messages from 48 during the transfer process.
I’m planning to buy a plan after the free 1GB runs out, but once I purchase a plan, will everything start working automatically?

Until you buy a membership plan all that will work is the free trial 1GB of mobile data (which will only work on 4G and not 5G) and the ability to receive calls and texts.

You won't be able to make calls or send texts or use mobile data when the free 1GB allowance is used up until you buy a membership plan.

I don't know why it's saying "No SIM" in your phone's settings.

Where exactly in your system settings is it saying that?

What make and model of phone is it?

It may be moot if your can use mobile data and receive calls and texts right now though.

You might want to read the New to 48 FAQs to understand how 48 and their monthly membership plans work because it's a little different to some/most other prepay mobile services:
