What exactly do you mean by "locked"?

Please describe clearly what issue you are encountering.

What are you trying to do, what steps are you taking to do it, what happens/goes wrong, any error messages? 

When was your phone/SIM working properly last? 

When did you last buy a membership plan?

Do you have an active membership plan right now?

Do you have a connection to the 48 network - i.e. signal bars? 

If not then if you do a manual search for networks can you see and connect to 48?

What happens when you try to make a call?
