Got replacement SIM but now want to activate it as new

I received my sim
Order to use my previous no. There was some issues
Now i don’t want to use mine i want the new no just to activate it

Your post is a bit confusing. 

You'll have to explain more clearly what exactly is the issue here. 

What are you trying to do, what steps are you taking to do it, what happens/goes wrong when you try, any error messages, etc. 

If you want to use a replacement SIM then see here: 

If you want to start from scratch with 48 with a different SIM, phone number, membership, account then you need to activate a new SIM using a different email address to log into a new 48 account as you presumably did originally.

If you want to do something else then please explain clearly what it is that you want to do.

“I tried to activate the new SIM card on my previous number, but I received a message stating that activation is not possible due to an issue with the company. I went back to them to check the situation. Now, I want to activate the new number without transferring my previous number. I just want to activate the new number only.”

If you want to activate the new SIM with a brand new account/number etc then you'll need to do so with a different email address to the one that you used before. 

If you still can't get this working then you'll probably need to contact 48 support for further assistance.
