Email address/password logging into wrong account

Hello I'm trying to renew my membership. My card details have expired. My husband is also a 48 customer but I sign in with my email. Different password etc from him but his account comes up. Please help

I don't really understand. 

If you want to access your account then you log in with your email address and password. 

If you want to access your husband's account then you log in with his email address and password. 

Are you saying that you use your own email address and password but end up in your husband's account? 

That sounds very odd. 

If that's happening then you'll probably need to contact 48 support to ask them to look into this for you.

If you're using the app then maybe try the web interface instead - or vice versa.

Maybe try a different device/browser too.

Could the browser password manager be automatically filling in the login credentials and overriding what you're trying to enter manually?
