Double payment paid for 1 month plan, request refund.

Double payment paid for 1 month contract. Issues with website, saying payment did not go through. This is the second time this has happened. Requesting refund.

If you paid twice then perhaps both membership plans are on your account so you haven't actually lost out?

E.g. Maybe one active on your Dashboard: 

and the other stacked to kick in later on your Buy Plan page?

What does your Transactions page say about recent payments?
