Your doctor will probably need to ask their service provider why texts are not getting through to your number.
Only they will have visibility of the texts going from the doctor's phone intended for you.
If you need to contact 48 support then see the links in my signature below but I doubt that they'll be able to do anything if the texts aren't coming through from the originating network.
