First off it's not a good idea to post all of your personal details in a public forum like this where anybody can see and use them.
What do you mean by "didn't get internet"?
What does your My48 account Dashboard say about your current membership status and expiry date?
If your €12.99 membership plan is active then you have unlimited data.
Are calls and texts working ok?
Did you configure your APN settings so that mobile data will work?
