Data/calls/texts not working - "not registered on network"

My data calls and texts not working , when I try to make a call it says not registered on network, i feel lik 48 has cut me off,any one else have this , or know what I should do?

Was it working before or are you just joining 48?

If it was working before and stopped then when did this happen? 

Did anything change? Settings changes, software update, factory reset, new phone etc.?

Do you have a connection to the 48 network?

If not then if you do a manual search for networks can you see and connect to 48?

Do you have an active membership plan?
