Credit card expired and membership plan didn't renew

Hi, My credit card expired and my plan was cancelled. I was on the 7.99 all you can eat plan. Same thing happened with my daughter on gomo but they didn't cancel her plan and she just updated card details and stayed on plan. Can I be reinstated on my original plan please?
I have recently recommend 48 to another family with teenagers and have another daughter signing up soon. Hoping you will honour the original plan and not penalise us for the credit card expiring.

What do you mean by "my plan was cancelled"?

I presume you mean that your plan didn't (auto?) renew because your credit card had expired?

48 can't unilaterally update your payment card details. 

They don't have your new card details unless you give these details to them. 

You have to update your payment card details yourself via your My48 account:

Once you have done that and ensured that membership plan auto-renewal is enabled if that's that you want, you can manually buy a membership plan for this month and then auto-renewal will take over again from next month.
