Hi, I’m trying to verify my number, but I’m not receiving the SMS on my old SIM to complete the transfer to a new one. Could you please help me understand why the verification code isn’t coming through?

You'll probably need to contact your old service provider about this.

If your current SIM isn’t active and your unable to receive SMS to the number you want to keep, you’ll need to contact your old provider regarding your account. Your current number and SIM need to be active to move to 48.
