Cant get my mobile data to work

Hello, I do not know what else I can do or what's wrong. I put in the new sim, silver part down with the notch facing the correct corner. I did the APN network thingy. I did the activation, I bought a plan. Yet I still have at the top of my ohone telling me emergency calls only. I cannot make calls or texts so I cant even ring customer support. Im at my wits end.

You won't be able to call support anyway as all support is done online.

Are you sure that your phone is unlocked for use on any network?

What make and model of phone is it?

Can you try your SIM in another unlocked phone to see what happens there?
