Can't make calls.

I have topped up my account and it shows a credit but when I try to make a call I hear a message saying that my credit has expired.

What did you topup?

Your cash credit balance or you bought a new membership or add-on? 

Remember that 48 is not like other pay as you go networks. 

Having cash credit is not sufficient to use services and most services are not charged to your cash credit balance. 

You need an active membership to use any services. 

And you need membership or add-on allowances for most.

 

What does your My 48 page say about your membership status, expiry date & allowance balances? 

What sort of number are you trying to call?
