I can´t make phone calls to a Vodafone number. Any clue here?

Can you make calls to other numbers?
Can you make calls to other Vodafone numbers?
What happens when you try to call the specific number that you can't get through to?
Any error messages?
Are you sure that they haven't blocked you?
You may need to contact 48 support about this.
