Hi,
I just changed my bank detail to pay my phone plan but I can’t turn on the « auto-renew » option to pay every month automatically, can I have someone to speak with please

You mean you can't enable the auto-renewal option here?
If that's the case then you'll probably need to contact 48 support for assistance.
