Number ported/worked at first but now suddenly changed

Hi! I ported my number to 48, everything worked fine at first, but now I see a completely different number on my SIM, and nobody can call me on the number I ported. Can you check what happened?

Do you mean that your 48 account now shows a different (089?) number suddenly after the ported number was initially working fine?

Could someone have accessed your phone/account and ported the new number?

What happens at the caller end when they try to call you original number? 

Any error messages?
