Calls from other 48 sims

I can't recieve calls from other 48 phone numbers my phone won't ring at all any ideas how to fix please

Do any incoming calls work? 

E.g. From non 48 numbers?

Do outgoing calls work? 

Can you send/receive texts?

Is the correct number displayed on your My48 account?

When was everything working ok last? 

What changed in the meantime?

Can you try your SIM in another unlocked phone to see if the same problem happens there?
