I’m originally from Denmark, so I’ll need a plan were I can call international. Right now I have the plan called “12.99” and I believe I can call contries outside Ireland with this plan? But everytime I try to call someone it says that I’m out of minutes, but I have never called someone? Please get back to me.

International calls are not covered by membership or add-on call minutes allowances.
Those allowances only cover calls to Irish mobiles and landlines.
To make international calls you need an active membership plan and also cash credit on your account to pay for the calls.
The charges that apply are detailed here:
Unfortunately the message that you get when you don't have both of these is a bit misleading.
