Call failing on Unlimited Data €12.99 Plan and saying 0/5000

My phone is not receiving any calls or letting me call anyone. Whenever I try to call anyone, it immediately says "call failed." The website says I have used 0/5000, which I know is not true since I have placed a few calls, but definitely not enough to exceed my limit. I know that my plan has been paid for, as it says it renews next month, and I have already been charged earlier in the month for this month's plan. I cannot even call 48 support as my number is not working.

When were calls working ok last? 

Are texts and mobile data working ok?

Have you tried switching off, reseating the SIM, and switching on again just to see if that makes any difference? 

What happens at the caller's end when they try to call you and can't get through? Any error messages?
