Not receiving SMS messages

Hi I am a 48 customer for around a year. Since today I am not able to receive text messages for some reason. I am able to send txts, make & receive calls no problem. Can also receive WhatsApp messages. All help appreciated & needed urgently due to new job

This seems to happen to some users sometimes.
It's very odd and I've never seen an explanation as to why it happens and what needs to change to fix it.
I can only assume that is some configuration problem at 48's network side.
You'll need to contact 48 support.

Oh, are you using an iPhone?
If so then you should double check that it's not some iMessage issue especially if anything changed on your phone recently such as an iOS/settings update etc.
The way that Apple do things with iPhones causes all sorts of unnecessary problems for users a lot of the time...
