What exactly is the nature of the problem that you're experiencing?
What exactly do you mean by "problems with sound"?
You mean when playing media or on calls?
Assuming the latter...
Does it affect all calls?
Outgoing and incoming?
Did it ever work ok with your phone?
On 48 or on any other network?
Maybe the phone is faulty?
You seem to have been with 48 since at least May 2023 so presumably you haven't had this problem since then?
When did it start?
