Activated New Sim and Bought Membership

Hi I recently activated my replacement sim card and purchased a membership, however I have not received any confirmation of membership and I can't use mobile data. Any suggestions on what I can do to resolve this issue? I can see that the new PUK code from the new sim card is displayed on my settings in my account.

Why did you have to get a replacement SIM?
What does your My48 account say about your membership status?
Do calls and texts work ok?
Did you configure your internet/APN settings for data to work?
