Hi, I am having issues with recieving my kids school notifications to be received on my samsung smart phone. Upon investigation, teacher has asked told us to check with network provider to check A2P SMS traffic is not providing a delivery (positive or negative). I chatted to 48 care crew and they said nothing like that is blocked by us. can someone please advise what should i do in this scenario.thanks.
