went over fair usage

for some reason it won't let me do anything with my phone, it keeps saying 'call barring' is on when i try to call someone even though it's not, how do i fix this?

If you breached the fair usage limit and got barred then you are barred from all services for the remainder of your current membership month.

Fair Use Policy/ Acceptable Use Policy

When that expires you can contact 48 support and get the ban lifted.
