voucher Top-up?

Put in the code and the page refreshed and all but the account credit didn't change. assumed it just took a while but it's been 20/30 minutes and still no change? I've tried 2/3 times and still nothing?

Were you trying to use the voucher online?

No error messages?

What if you try topping up via 1740 or USSD?

Me too …. no CircleK icon or discount reference on my dashboard; first membership bought last weekend! If no solution suggested in this forum I will try emailing at the address mentioned here.
