Yes but you will need cash on your credit balance in addition to your membership. All outgoing and incoming calls and outgoing texts will be charged from your cash credit balance. Data roaming will not work so you will be restricted to wifi where available.
Going abroad
When you're roaming in the USA or Canada you'll pay:

Calls made and received in North America are charged on a per minute basis. All charges are inc VAT.
