okay so i have done everything as its says do to and it said when they have changed my networks they would email me or text me with instructions of what to do next, its 24 hours later and i still havent received anything and still have no service, when i put back in my old sim card that also doesnt work .. what should i do??

Can you log into your online account?
If so what does it say?
Does it display the correct number?
Is your phone unlocked for use on any network?
Have you tried manually scanning for networks and connecting to 48 (or O2 if 48 is not listed)?
Do you get any signal bars?
If you do can you receive calls/texts?
