Hi it says my sim is being activated, i was on the o2 network and now i moved but neither sim works dose this mean that my sim is been transfered at the moment >?

Unless you requested your O2 number to be ported over your O2 SIM should still be working.

If you attempted to register your 48 SIM here:

and it is still not working then there may be something wrong.

 

If you haven't done so already you might need to log a support query to ask 48 for help with this issue:

I did log a question and its still not working . . my new 48 sim is working but it wont let me buy membership it keaps saying on my online account that it is processing my sim activation but that is up there the past 4-5 hours and i have still not gotten a reply from 48!!

Sorry I can't really help so. I guess you'll just have to wait for a response from 48 to your help request. They outline their normal response times here for what it's worth...

How long does it take to get a reply?

 

The 48 support crew work 7 days a week from 8am to 10pm. You can expect a reply within 6 business hours, if you've responded to something they've sent you, it'll be 24 hours.


And if something has to be looked at by the tech guys, it can take between 3 and 5 working days to get resolved. If you e-mail in though,  you'll get a reply within 48 hours.
