Hi guys, I payed for a roaming today, I checked my bank accoung and even money were taken I can´t use the roaming. 

Any ideas ?

What exactly did you buy?

EU roaming add-ons?

What country are you roaming in?

Yop,I bought eu roaming add-ons.I am in Slovakia,last time it worked but now I cant see it even in my wall where all uses minutes and internet is showen.

What does your My History page show in terms of recent payments/purchases?

If the roaming add-ons are listed there but not on your My 48 page
