It should happen fairly quickly within number porting hours in my experience.

If it seems to be taking too long then you need to contact 48 support:

5:30 PM is a bit close to the close of the number porting hours (6PM) so I'd do it earlier if I was you just in case.

Great - glad you got sorted.
SIM activation and number transfers have always happened quickly in my experience - once done within the relevant working hours.
