Hi ,
My signal has a "x" over it and when I make a call it has a de de de tone and doesn't call.
I have been abroad for three months so am thinking my SIM has been deactivated maybe:Anyway of getting activated again ?
Any help would be good am only home today and was going to buy membership

Can you not connect to 48?
If not then you may need to contact 48 support for assistance:
According to the terms and conditions they may suspend your account if you don't topup/buy membership for 6 months or more not 3 but maybe the account is suspended for some other reason?
What does it say when you log into your online account?
Hope this helps.
I am not a 48 employee - if you need to contact 48 support you can do so by chat, email (support@48months.zendesk.com) or phone.
