I lost my phone at the weekend . Is there any way I can retrieve the numbers if I order a new sim?

If they were stored on the sim then no.

You'll only be able to retrieve them if you backed them up - eg to iTunes/iCloud, Google etc.

If you didn't do that then you could contact 48 support and ask them for your call logs and maybe retrieve some of them that way.
