just got a new sim throught the post was regestering it and i clicked new number and its sent me the link on my email adress and as soon as i clicked the link it said this :
Loading!
Your account has been de-activated. Please register a new SIM if you wish to re-activate your account what should i do

Were you already a 48 member and you were trying to change SIM type (e.g. mini to micro or nano)?
Or are you brand new to 48?
I reckon you'll have to contact support about this one way or another:
