how long does it take for my number to be moved it has been 4 hours now help please ?

I don't understand. When you get a new SIM from 48 then you get a new 089 number. If you want to use that then you just stick with it after you have registered and activated the SIM. If you want to port another number that you have with another operator then you choose the porting option. I don't recall any option to do with "getting a new number". Where was that?

 

Did you log a support query?

 

Also - remember that 48 business hours for stuff like number porting and support are not 24 x 7.

It's supposed to take about 2 working hours but can take longer.

it said at the side registering new ntumber when u click in moving number section then i clicked in register new number but then 48 register my old number did not gave me a new number 

Sorry - I don't really understand what happened but you should probably log a support request as I suggested above and 48 will look into the problem for you.
