If it’s been over 2 hours since Porting Process:
Log into your account - If your transfer has failed you should see a message explaining that.
It’s usually down to the wrong information being entered in the transfer form.
Double check the info and try again.
If it won’t let you try again contact the care crew:
http://help.48months.ie/requests/newInclude the following:
Mobile number you want to transfer.
If that mobile is bill pay or pre-pay.
If bill pay include the account number.
If pre-pay were you registered (Did your network know who you were).
