hi can someone can help new suplier requiesting to 48 and all requiest is rejected. new suplayer saing becorse number is blocked

You probably need to contact 48 support about this.
It would be unusual for them to block the porting of a number away from 48 since the service is totally prepay and you cannot owe them money (as on billpay) which is the usual reason for service providers blocking a number port.
