I hav just moved to 48 and hav kept my original number i topped up by 20 euro and cant seem to use my 20 euro credit to pay the membership?

What happens when you try to pay for membership with your credit balance?

What does your online account say about your account and cash credit balance?

Dial *100# and hit call - what does it report as your cash credit balance?

If it's €20 or more then text the relevant code to 1745 to buy membership - what happens?

Hi it keeps sayin oops theres a problem is there a way of textin to pay your membership of 20 euro because i hav 20 cresit on the phone i topped up an hour ago

What does *100# report?

What happens when you text "Don" (without the quotes) - assuming you are trying to buy Don membership? - to 1745?

If that fails then you have no option but to contact support.

It says i have 20 cred when i diall .*#100# and when i text don i get bakbi do not hav enough cred
