Hi, I topup my membership, but there writing if need wait. How long I need my phone now

Everything bact to normal. All my setings are good and dont haved big problems, only today after membership payment

Your query is unclear.

What happens when you log into your online account?
Can you see your membership status and expiry date?

If so what details are displayed?

Now its start working, but internet not, open only 48months web page. I cant send and get emails

OK - so you can make/receive calls and send/receive texts?

For internet you need to configure your settings - did you do this?

Did it work before or have you just joined 48? If so you need to follow the steps here:
