is it possible to start a new mebership early

This crops up again and again but unfortunately the answer is "no".

All memberships run their full monthly course and if you buy a new one then it stacks until a current one has expired.

If you have used up allowances on a current membership before the month is up then you can buy add-ons.

Yeah you can buy add-ons.....for tripple the price.
