Hi i lost my phone and i need to report it to the network and get the handset blacklisted...how do i do it??

First thing to do is order a replacement 48 SIM which will disable the SIM in the phone and prevent anybody else using your 48 membership/account/credit/allowances:

I don't know if 48 can/do disable stolen phones based on their IMEI as outlined here:

 

http://www.garda.ie/Documents/User/mobile%20phone%20english.pdf

 

but you may want to log a support query to ask (assuming you have the phone IMEI):

 

http://help.48months.ie/requests/new
