lost access to "My 48"

Hi,

 

Just ported my o2 number to 48, unfortunately since the number successfully transferred I can no longer access "My 48" to top up

I'm sorry to hear you're having some difficulties accessing My 48.

Does an error message pop up? If so what does it say?

Have you tried scrolling down to the bottom area of the website where it displays an additional "My 48" menu?

There you should be able to access the same features, such as buying membership, https://www.48months.ie/buy/access-fee

When you try logging in with your email&password what comes up?

If it's a case of the "email or password being incorrect" when you know the details are definitely correct,
I suggest you contact a member of the technical staff, explaining your problem; maybe link them to this thread, and hopefully they'll be able to give you access to your account again.
