I spent €9 on landline minutes that I needed for important reasons and that was over a hour ago then spent €4 on credit and that still won't allow me to make the call this is a complete disgrace

What sort of landline are you trying to call (e.g. the area code or prefix)?
What does your online account say about your landline minutes balance and cash credit balance?
Do you have an active/current membership? You need one to be able to use any services.
