Ya it says I got nun now that my balance is nothing but I did introduce someone and it says I got ten euro but I never used it as I topped up all the time not being aware I had it ' just wondering were it went

There can be up to three months delay between "earning" kickback credit and it actually being paid to your account.

If you think that it just disappeared then log a support and ask 48 support to look into this for you.
