Can you check your 'My 48' membership page to see if your purchase is displayed there... membership is stacked, so your new membership will only kick in at midnight after your current membership expire's.
Can you also check your balance for the €18 you mentioned...
After this, can you ensure you have not breeched 48's fair use policy, is there any banner's or notification's on your account for your attention...?
